GeoPlus GmbH is based in Bad Homburg vor der Höhe, Germany, with production lines in Frankfurt am Main, Germany, and Chongqing, China. The company supplies seismic observation equipment for onshore, offshore and deep-sea applications, including land nodal seismometers, integrated digital seismometers, data acquisition units, OBS/OBN systems, timing devices, acoustic communication equipment and related field support solutions.
What we do
GeoPlus specializes in high-performance seismic observation systems, including land nodal seismometers and marine acquisition solutions. The product portfolio covers ultra-wide frequency bandwidth configurations up to 0.03–200 Hz, enabling one sensor family to support both low-frequency seismic studies and high-frequency structural imaging.
Our OBS and OBN solutions support high-density, long-term deployments in onshore, offshore and deep-sea settings for geophysical research, engineering investigation, environmental monitoring and seismic observation networks.
The website is intentionally built as a static site without tracking scripts, external web fonts or embedded third-party media.
Equipment rental and sample support
For short-term use of land instruments, customers may consider equipment rental. Rental can be arranged on a monthly basis; the monthly rental price is approximately one quarter of the product selling price.
Round-trip shipping, customs clearance, insurance, taxes, consumables and other project-related costs are not included in the monthly rental price.

Land and marine deployment
Product families cover land nodes, integrated digital seismometers, data acquisition units, OBS/OBN systems and field support equipment.
Wireless real-time data transmission
GeoPlus land instruments support precise GNSS timing and can be equipped with SIM cards for real-time data transmission. Depending on project requirements, the devices can also be integrated with a SeisComP platform for data acquisition, monitoring and processing workflows.
